Vehicle Specifications

1952 Desoto
Location Rolla,North Dakota
Price:$8,500 Usd

Original 1952 Desoto Custom 4 door sedan. Vin # 50258851.

This car was purchased by the owners grandfather new in 1952 when he was in his late 60s and has remained in the family since.

In 1966 the grandfathers son acquired the car and was then passed to his son in 1976. She has 31,233 original miles.

The body was repainted by the son to original color except for the top which was painted a darker blue.

Overall condition of the car extremely solid with the body having the odd scratch here and there.

There is a minor amount of rust starting on the bottom of a couple of doors but can be easily fixed.

The undercarriage is solid and clean. Glass is all an excellent except for a small BB size chip in the passenger side door window. Chrome in good condition considering that it is 55 years old.

The interior is in excellent condition with no rips or tears. The dash is in outstanding condition and the steering wheel is amazing. Starts right away and drives really nice.

It still has nylon tires and when those are changed to radial tires the ride at this car will be amazing.

The owners manual & shop manual will come with the car.

The grandson who now is in his 50s replaced the fuel pump in 2007 and had completely did the brakes in 1988. The car has always been kept inside which is why there is no sun fading.

Due to other commitments the car will be sold.
