1955 Ford Thunderbird Vin # P5FH176532. She comes equipped with the 3 speed Manual floor transmission with the Overdrive option, and the 292 cu in Engine. She also has a power 4 way seat and power brakes. (standard steering)

The second owner purchased this car in 1964 in California. He worked for the Space Agency, and after California worked in Florida. In 1981, this fellow moved to Park River North Dakota and purchased a Ford dealership. In 1982 they stripped this car down completely to bare metal and primed her. They also rebuilt the engine & driveline at that time and installed 312 heads to give it a little more snap.

The current owner is the third owner and has completed the car, paint, interior, tires, hub caps, new radio, all major wiring bumper to bumper, all rubber components are new ie: windshield (new), weather stripping, trunk, doors gaskets, door handle gaskets, taillight gaskets etc. fuel pump, gas tank, water pump all new, all brakes are new. Classic thunderbirds supplied all new parts. (Converted to 12 V). The car has both hard and soft tops. The soft top is original and has 2 small holes in one of the folds. Front and rear bumper are original, taillight chrome original. The car has approximately 1000 miles since finished and drives and handles beautifully. The car can be driven cross country with confidence.

The owner is in the farming business and is downsizing, which is the reason for selling this little beauty.
